    Parent Volunteers Needed for 2017-18!

    This year, the Choir will need:

    • Chaperones for field trips

    • Ushers & "extra eyes" during concerts

    • Tailors/seamstresses for hemming uniforms

    • Organizers for fundraising delivery

    • Bakers & organizers for Choir Cabaret


    If you are interested in volunteering for Choir events, thank you! Volunteering is a vital part of our program and no matter what event we’re attending, volunteers go for free! GISD requires a Volunteer Background Check on all adults who assist students on campus or chaperone our events, so please go to:

    1. Click on Careers and Volunteers tab and scroll to “Volunteers and Mentors”

    2. Click on the fast track online application/background check

    3. Check on the box by Volunteers 2016-2017

    4. On the right hand side- click on Apply for Selected Position

    5. This takes you to a log-in page, or you can create a log-in.

    6. Complete the form per instructions and submit.
