Technology :: Pearson SuccessNet Plus
Pearson SuccessNet Plus provides access to Prentice Hall Texas Writing Coach for Grades 6-8 Language Arts teachers and students.
Pearson SuccessNet Plus
Current Teachers (October 2011):
The GISD Technology Department created Pearson SuccessNet accounts for all Grades 6-8 Language Arts teachers in October 2011.
Teacher Username: A teacher's username on Pearson SuccessNet Plus is their Georgetown ISD email address.
Teacher Password: Each teacher's password is unique. If you needs to retrieve your password, go to the Pearson SuccessNet Plus website. Under the Login section, next to Forget your password?, click Recover it here. On the next screen, enter your Pearson SuccessNet Plus username, which is your Georgetown ISD email address, and click Submit. Pearson will email your password to you.
New Grades 6-8 Language Arts teachers not included in the October 2011 account creation should register for their own Pearson SuccessNet Plus account on the Registration Page for Teachers. You must obtain the District Access Code from your Campus Technology Facilitator, Assistant Principal, or district Secondary Language Arts Coordinator. It is VERY important that teachers use their GISD email address as their Pearson SuccessNet Plus username.
Current Students (October 2011):
The GISD Technology Department uploaded all students in grades 6-8 into Pearson SuccessNet Plus in October 2011.
Student Username & Password: Students' usernames and passwords are the same as their Novell (computer) usernames and passwords.
New Students and Student Transfers:
The GISD Technology Department HelpDesk will create Pearson SuccessNet Plus accounts for new students and will move the accounts of students who change campuses during the school year.
Note: Even though teachers have the ability to create student accounts in Pearson SuccessNet Plus, we ask that you do not create your own students' accounts.
